Don't judge before youve met the bloke ITC.
Which coach/player isn't chasing a premiership/success? Your club has a good young group, and from what I've heard not much money to chase players anyway.
Smitheram would be the most hardworking and proactive amateur coach going round. When he went to Districts there was a lot of hard work to be done with a lot of players having left in the season or two before he arrived, and didn't have immediate success there. But he set a lot of good things in place from the A grade through to the C's by the end of his second year; where District's could/should have gone up to D1.

I don't necessarily agree with every decision he has made, but I know he will give it his all, and couldn't see many better to take on this role.
It will be interesting to see if he can lure anyone across with him.

Just shows the mentality of ITC, more like No F..... Idea!!
I would think all clubs would thrive for premiership success, their would be something wrong if they didn't & it doesn't surprise me with ITC's dumb comment, having a jealousy attack on me once again.
You gonna hold your club to ransom you blokes if you don't get your own way?

If i was Smitheram i wouldn't waste my time, " trust me i should know " he'll be on a hiding to nothing.

I had also heard that coming out of Kilburn, but had heard from closer to the source that he had only had the one interview with them. Could be wrong though.
