Think the paper this morning said a bit for the result of this one. Byrne x2 back from the Yorke Peninsula, as well as John Waltham (I'm presuming) back from Scotch. Will make a massive difference.heater31 wrote:Mitcham 13.10 88 lost to Pooraka 13.24 102 what the hell???????
I mentioned this during the week...Pag wrote:Have been misinformed about Pooraka apparently. Spoke to a guy in the know out there and he says Coles and Howe are both staying on, and they picked up a couple of ex-juniors and a couple from Torrens Valley. Feeling pretty confident.
Aparantly Mitcham lost 4-5 A Graders from last year, not happy with with the club over a clearance issue of fellow player and decided to walk as well...

Haven to open the account, beating PAOC, 1-2 goals.
Mitcham to smash Pooraka.
CBCOC comfortably over Pulteney, in one of the many Parkland derbies for the year.

Great wins by PAOC and Pooraka inparticular.
Fitzroy/Portland game was a cracker. Good, hard, physical game, with a bit of drama at the end.
