Salibsury vs Rosewater this afternoon at Thomas More College. Felt sorry for the Rosewater guys who played, only had just over 1 full side and those blokes had to play the whole 6 quarters. Well done to them for finishing it in the 37 degree heat, those blokes are a credit to their club.

Thanks for your words of encouragement Pag. The whole day went off very well, a special thanks to both clubs and the work done to not only get the oval, but also the work done to have it ready at such short notice. After the game i said a quick thank you to the Salisbury players for the hit out and the way they conducted themselves.Hopefully next year we can play it again but this time i will personally book our oval to save further embarresment. While im here i would love to congratulate my rosewater boys for their super efforts, and hopefully the other 20 or so will get out to trainig this week and get behind 'their club'. Also this friday night we are taking Simon 'THE MESIAH' Jonhson's Golden Grove at Golden Grove from 6:30.

Eastern Park vs Salisbury West tomorrow (Sunday) down at Kilburn. And Para Hills hosted Central United today at The Paddocks, not sure about the result though.

Blackfriars Old Scholars beat ovingham by 30 odd goals with a mixed A's and B's team missing 6 or 7 of the teams better end players...some good signs for the clubs first ever hit out together even though it was against a div 10 side. Ovingham alegadly had a few out aswell.

Blackfriars Old Scholars are not going to have it that easy every week. Just wait till they take on Adelaide Uni this week, there could be some targeting of players that have left the club. Rumour has it Cappa could be in for some rough treatment. Just Kidding! The trial should be a bit of fun Saturday
