I hear over the weekend there is the start of a mass exodus from Campbeltown Oval after the appointment of the new coach. Litster has spoken to Pembroke OS (at his suggestion) Castelano has signed with Gaza, 3 or 4 of their boys have been socialising and seem very chummy with the Blacks players as was evident at the Maid n Magpie on the weekend so might be at the end of what was an underachieving 5/6 year period in Div 1.

Every year Drew Litster is linked to about half a dozen clubs yet always remains at ROCS. Has been turning down offers of up to $1,000 a game for years. Would be surprised if he left.

Is that the same Tim Hart that teaches at Rostrevor?
If that's the case it would be hard to see why Drew would have a problem with him. My mail is that he was his coach at Rostrevor and they always had a good relationship.

Is that the Tim Hart of Ex Norwood Reserves and Norwood coachin fame. If so, plays favourites with his players and if you ain't a favourite, don't expect to many rewards. Known blokes to be clearly BOG and not even get a mention in the game run down. Interesting appointment if so.

Having played several seasons of football under Tim Hart you cannot dispute his ability as a coach; he is as good a coach as I have played under but I along with many others have an utter dislike of him for many, many reasons and I can see why a lot of guys would want to leave. He isn't the most approachable bloke and his people skills leave a lot to be desired. He has his favourites too. I don't know if he would really suit the culture and environment at ROCS or any amatuer football club for that matter.
