I doubt very much he would waste his time playing in the amatuers if he was going to play anywhere it would be at waikerie...

He's already said on TV that he will play a few games for Waikerie this year.

A couple of the boys on the EP thread are adamant he will line up in Pt Lincoln. How many teams can you play for in one year?

I'd say Waikerie is the only confirmed team and the others are piss and wind.

who would want an old hack who can't run and is now prone to injury?

just kidding! he would be bloody awesome to have sitting in the goalsquare! it was a pity he had to retire, should've captain our great club to a premiership.

if he plays most of the season should kick 100. will be watching with great interest wherever he plays.

Footy lover, your comment is about as silly as your non de plume. You know very little about the workings of any footy club to make stupid, uneducated comments like that under the guise of 'footy lover'. Move into the real world for a change and fix your typing, it's a disgrace.

are you friggin' serious? to take any offence to that is bloody ridiculous. it was just a backhanded comment, nothing more.

for you to be offended by it must mean you have something to do with the way the club is run and if 'aceman' is anything to go by, i think you might just be involved!

anyway i played enough games at gepps to know first hand how they work!

i actually really loved my time at gepps cross and have many mates that still play there. have been back there a fair times since i left too! i apologise if it sounded as though i was slagging them off!

Clearly only going to play for Waikerie.Considering he played there before he moved to Adelaide and isnt it Waikerie F.C's 100 year anniversary or something??Plus he said in the media he was playing there in 2008. Any other rumours would be total garbage
