Eastern Park's hitout was very, very one sided however to Angle Vale's credit alot of their boys played almost two full games in 30 plus heat on Centrals oval. Not easy. Only arranged at the last minute and was good for both sides to get a run under their belts...more for fitness than anything. Think the final score was around 43.30 to 1.1 but I don't think Angle Vale will be too disheartened nor Eastern Park too carried away with it.
Harsh but fair.....

Walkervill v Portland, 15/3, Overall was a good hit out, with both teams playing hard but fair. Score line was very even up untill half time, when portland made a some changes and put a few b and c graders on. Then it was all over, saying that no 1 kept score. But of course there was the old story of people not playing, but it came from both sides. Overall, 4 1/2 stars from me :D

Umpiring was terrible Felch!!!

even? I got there at 9am and I saw about 7 goals from Walkies before I saw one from Portland. (one which hit my car, but my fault for parking it behind the goals ) Boo to one cats fellow who celebrated his goal like he'd just won a grand final for them, take note buddy, its a TRIAL game, goal celebrations are rather unneccesary...

Scrappy game but you expect nothing less from two teams having their first hit out for the year.

As an umpire, Im sure Felch makes a great coach...lol

Modbury played Mt Lofty last night at mt lofty and modbury were 11 goals up at half time. lofty kicking down hill and a few changes to the modbury team lofty lifted intensity and kicked 10 un answered goals. modbury steadied and won by about 10 points. i think Modbury still have 7 to come in to the A grade. Jolly sat in the goal square all game. so some positive signs.

any other results from last night?
