Im lookin shaky to start BM. Broke my finger on saturday and have a Fu%&ked up hamstring. Might have to move over and let one of the young whippets we have, who try to beat me in the sprints at training, run for us.[/i]

Ive heard everything now a broken finger may stopped Duncs from running. The fear of loosing may be pulling on the heart string not the hamstring.

I dont want to make everyone else look bad. The hammy's the problem, anyone here ever tryed to run a 100m with a permanatly corked hammy? Not much fun.
I may still make an appearance, got Dr T. Sando workin on it daily.
Hope scotroo can run 100m in 11.1 seconds or he has no chance against me!

Any chance of a couple of novelty events like the slab on the shoulder or the dvd player under the arm sprints?

Oh well, was a good idea anyway. If it gets the right amount of publicity for next year it could become a pretty big thing.
I'll still go down and have a look and Gepps vs Kilburn anyway.

V Disappointing. I know the club had put a fair amount of work into this to get it off the ground but with 2 nominations only viable option was to cancel. Maybe next year with a bit more promotion it could be a goer. Still only SAAFL game on Tuesday with Gepps and Kilburn having a reasonable rivalry so anyone interested come down for a look at the game have a beer and a punt.
