Rumours are all Senior Players want him out. Cant stand him. Already they have lost the Radetti boys. The Gaza board has to wake up and get rid of him. All coaches in Div 1 dont have any respect for him. What do people think?

Yes. Being a member and work a lot around the Club. The Players say it. Im only saying this because I dont want to see our Club in Div 2. Which is where we are heading... Key thing as a coach is to be respected by your Players.. If you dont have this. They dont play for you........

Weidemann and Jarman we were happy... The only reason they left was because they got SANFL gigs... Which is fair enough...

So you're happy as long as you win premierships? I think that is the problem, you are perceived as dumping coaches without giving them a fair go. You can't win a premiership every year.

Not about Premierships. Its about coming into a club and earning respect.. He doesnt support shows. He sits in a corner at pressos and talks to a couple of people. As a coach wouldnt you want to get to know the club and meet players partners, sponsors. Not well liked in the public and not well liked at our club....

what has changed since last year when Gaza played in the GF?

it seemed that he was well liked and respected at the club for all of last season.

Rob Neville, it does you no credit coming on line and slagging off Darren Mead.
It does nothing for you or your club, which looks like a bunch of backstabbing individuals.
How about you deal with these issues at your club and not online.

Totally agree DW, clubs need people who are upfront and are willing to bring up these issues with the committee. No point starting rumours on a forum, doesn't get anything done.
