yes he is coaching again at f pk. yes he did fall out at goolwa and gepps cross and both were nothing to do with his coaching ability, administration stuck there nose in where they werent needed, and yes i do know because i was at both places when they happened.both clubs players were happy with jacko at the time. lets hope this is put to bed now cos 12 months ago this s--t reared its head then

TT, Jacko is a good coach but why does he only last 2 years at any club. surely the ability to mix players, management, supporters etc into "your" backers , as coach, is a much needed talent at any local club. unfortunately SJ didn't connect to all , so when things went pear shaped he had no support from 2/3 . plus i think you will find not all players were 100% behind him at his last club. would be interesting to hear from the Uni lads about their time with SJ.* * not Johnno , another coach from GX who is subject to great discussion on other threads.

I was under the impression you were at Hope Valley in Jacko's last year at Gepps TT. I reckon his 'offsider' might have had his finger in the pie with that too, not just club admin. Old Moz seems to know a bit, I wonder how!

TT know one said it had anything to do with his coaching, and yes i know to because i was at Goolwa. The one common fact in this is Jacko seems to fall out with the Admin people at clubs after a couple of years, and yes i was also at Strath

They have retired from active duty, couldn't handle the stress of "death threats" .

I'm not sure why people continue to raise this, it's been put to bed by all concerned i would have thought, certainly from Gepps perspective anyway.

All coaches blew with administrators
Most administrators of a football club have played football therefore think they know better than the coach they appointed
They should keep their noses out of the football on field stuff and do what they should be doing and run the club
Coaches are employed to run the football side of things, good on any coach to lock horns when these administrators who stick their noses in
End of day Jackson can coach..............Uni well as we know have a different culture to most clubs and any coach who has coached a suburban club with success would struggle at Uni ( Roach jackson e.g )

T.T., you obviously have been hearing the Sean Jackson version of events. unfortunatley for the uninformed such as yourself, ther are two versions, his and the truth. Never, I repeat, Never did the committee of the sports and social club " stick their nose" into the opperations of the football club. Sean was dissmissed by the football club after a meeting between the chairman of the football club and the football director. Yes, Sean can coach, just not at Sturt,WWT, Uni, goolwa, Strath and Gepps. In case you have lost count T.T. thats 6 clubs.
As you are well aware T.T. there is more to coaching than what takes place two nights a week and saturdays.

Not all coaches have issues with administration, only those who want to be the footy club, not just be a part of it.
Go back and read previous threads, I think it's been done to death.

Should this thread really remain open??

Would have thought closing it down would be the best option. wouldn't have thought a thread targetting one individual, good or bad is fair.

I'm guessing he's a friend of yours TT, don't take things so seriously. I see the original question was from Luvayarn about if he 'is he still coaching' and the story went off the rails from then.
Maybe the original post should have been blocked because I don't think any individual needs their own thread.

I agree, so they should get rid of the Greg Anderson, Darren Mead and the Radetti's thread...
