Why is Amateur Execs off Topic

Can any1 explain why talkin about Amateur Execs is off topic??????
Seems strange they and Shadiac are off topic when everyone and every other topic is fine
Strange set of rules set up by this forum
As soon as his name is mentioned the topic is shut down. How much is this costing???????
If he was that popular no one would wanna chat about him. Thought topical information is what this website is all about
Looks like some people are off topic and some can be taken to task. What does it cost????$$$$$$$$

It's because this website is about general discussion, not slandering certain individuals, clubs have the opportunity to bring up issues up at agm's.
This discussion is going to go nowhere, talk about football instead mate.
