Grants start everywhere from local council grants right through to Federal Level.
Perhaps contact your local council to see what they have to offer. A lot of clubs don't realise on how much they're missing out on. Forming a relationship with your council can also be a great help for any future renovation or upgrade plans.

We are with Mitcham Council, it has been a hard grind with them but we have been doing the right thing by inviting them to lots of functions that we have so that we are getting on there good side.

We're currently getting our Clubrooms refurbished and some cosmetic work done in the changerooms, it would be nice to get a whole new club house as the one we have is too far way from our oval, it is pretty old and needs a lot of work done.
We only took it over because the brass band club folded about 30 years ago.

new seperate showers and new changerooms, they are also refurbishing the existing showers just for this season with new tiling etc.

Sounds good. Woody South are a good club and will get better if they can get some good facilities.

Mainly for work on the bar facilities as I am lead to believe. I would suggest it is mainly because of the cricket clubs use of the facilities that got the grant over the line. Would think that with the disparity between our facilities and theirs and the huge junior program we have at EP we may get looked after a little by the council but obviously not.
Not that I am unhappy about the Eagles getting some cash cos I still have a soft spot for the place.

Booze, if the heirachy did things right out there, you should be having money thrown at you left, right and centre because of your extensive junior program. ..Add to this the fact that the club is in what would be classed as a "disadvantaged" area...and any state or Federal grant would be as good as yours.

Zedman, I am assuming you think that is funny because of your sleep deprived state.
Here's a tip, less time searching images and more time trying to keep Kenilworth out of div 6 or............
