Can't all have pokies supplementing subs, shorts, equipment, player payments etc, some clubs still grassroots footy.

one more time for your benefit, how much cash would you think available after 12 employees are paid from the proceeds of 8 machines??
you do the math. Your club also had the opportunity to have machines, looking at todays results the wrong decision was made.

EB53 was referring to SN who as a community based club run a substantial amount of machines and churn over a huge profit and was having a dig at Lads who I know, so chill out champ!

even if you did have cash you've got a financial director that wouldn't let you touch it so she could look good at the end of the finacial year and she'd still charge everyone subs and take their BOG awards off them. Anyway shouldn't you be advertising for A grade players so you can put the C graders back in C grade or send some players off to superrules

the football director is only 1 person on the committee everyone gets a vote, unless no one turns up to meetings or no one on the commitee that does anything. why wouldnt you charge everyone subs and take BOG awards off them if there not paid up

Or you could just take money sponsors gave for players and not keep a record of it.

You wasted $100000 on a balcony that should have cost half as much and didnt bother to make sure that it was licensed for grog, but im glad us smokers have somewhere to go.$100000 could have payed for alot of shorts socks etc, and maybe even a few good footballers.

I agree, its easy to sit back on the hill or on the "10k extension" drinking piss and bagging the shit out of the club you claim to care about! If you see a problem or think in someway you can help why not get off your a** and say or do something?? Why jump on a footy forum and launch a vicious vendetta on the club??? ... Poor form champ...
