Also shows that what happens on the park stays on the park.... in most cases... From what I have seen, despite what happens during a game, home supporters/players pretty much always show respect to players from the opposition who stay for a brew... And quite often end up having a chat too... And that can't be a bad thing...

I think there should be more of it. Mayb the drink driving laws have tighted over the years and its turned a few people away.
If CBC where to invite clubs to stay after for a beer just outside the changerooms would people be interested in hanging around?

We'd love to have clubs come back for a beer.... and hopefully soon we can do that... We are in the same boat as CBC and can't offer it at the moment which sucks the fat one ...

I hadn't actually heard anything from their game mate, I'll ask around tonight.Footy Smart wrote:Pag wrote:Why do you say that mate?Footy Smart wrote:Pag wrote:Div 3 has been really good for this this year. Our blokes said that they just went the knuckle on the weekend? i know the scoreboard wasn't good for them but heard that they totally lost the plot and forgot the footy. And we have some blokes in the team that can call a spade a shovel and they even said it was bad. Not having a go just stirring but apparently they werent a good representation for your club.
