More productive things could have been happening than having 12 hours of labour picking up after them. But if that's how people like their council rates spent....

There was a massive cheersquad at broadview oval. I reckon plympton would have one if the bigger followings in the amateur league

12 hours? Jeez, I wasn't at the game but it must of been alot. I don't support the throwing of cut up paper, however how could it take that long? I'm sure it would look good though when it is being thrown :)

There was a shitload behind both goals after the game. I assume the wind would blown it everywhere over the 3 days between then and being cleaned up.

As I said I don't support the throwing up of paper or whatever it is, however from a distance, I think it makes for a good atmosphere.

Your saying it took 12 hours for a council worker to pick up some paper! what did you do pick each piece up individually? Would have taken anyone else around 2 hours, maybe our council rates should be spent on better workers and not on workers that take 12 hours to pick up paper! =D>

Or maybe they should make PNU clean up their own mess.

Where do people even find the time to cut up the paper? As I have said, I don't throw it myself as I don't overly support it, however I think it does look good. As for cleaning it up, can't it just be left there to be blown away? I'm sure the people who throw it don't want to pick it up themselves.

2 workers x 6 hours. If you think that you ciuld clean the whole of Kilburn oval, including tennis and netball courts then you are delusional.
