what sort of dribble do you want?

Looking forward to the competition in 2014, it will be a tight and tough division.

First session back for some of the lads this morning. Good to see so many making use of the newly acquired gym at harpers. Great set up.

Ben Armstrong to coach again next year.
Squad looking good. All bar two from last year have signed up again and a few quality pick ups already! Hopefully a few more will put pen to paper this week.

Yep. We have a couple of Saturday morning groups for guys that want to get into it.
Early morning PT session for some of the guys who are lagging and need to drop some Kg's before the official recommencement date and a second group doing some more sprint technique work (non compulsory session).

As i said, the club has just shelled out a heap of money for a gym. A lot of the guys have payed to have 24 access to that and have started on there programs already.

Have built a shed on the Western side of the clubhouse. Id be guessing but is roughly 6x12m. Going to be a hot box in summer until we get some fans in. Proud of the set up though. Like to think it would rival if not out do what any other SAAFL club has on offer

How many power cages?

Hope you're teaching the lads the value of the big three ;)

Nice work - at least without the fans it'll double as a wicked sauna ;)

2 Power Cages. Bumper plates as well for some basic o-lifting.
Even a glute ham raise.
Helps when a member of the playing group is a sport scientist/strength and conditioning coach ;)

Nice work BB- I have to say, Kilburns set-up would be pretty tough to match!!

haha. 2014 is the first year he has been properly involved with the fitness program. Can't control everything from a 2.5 hour drive away though. Lots and lots of emails and phone calls probably. ;)

Will be interested to see how we fare. We have identified some key areas we weren't good enough with with regard to our conditioning and rehab and we have gone all out to fix that for 2014.

Camplin would be a massive get.
Whats Wello doing next year? Going to have another crack at Sturt with a full preseason under his belt?
D4 would be at loss without his flowing locks. Dead set can play.
