Certainly has for us.
We've gone:
Wal 2000 - 2006
Darren 2007 - 2009
Colin - 2010
Wayne - 2011 - 2012
Mark - 2013
Scott - 2014
...and every time you went through the process you would have been optimistic that you were appointing someone who would be in the job for a long term and bring some stability to the club. For wahtever reasons it doesn't always work out. Ingle Farm have had 9 different coaches over the past 10 years.
Absolutely. Dunno, I just think of recent seasons it appears like half the clubs are looking for coaches.
Clubs are looking for success nowadays morell and have little patience if it doesn't happen. I agree with you that looking thru the grades a lot of clubs are changing coaches but for a host of reasons. For us in those 14 years we have at least achieved two premierships which would be the envy of more than a few others.
At least that old bloke Wayne is still more than actively involved, and Scott will always be involved so building our future is now of prime importance.
