I did have them and I have intentions of doing a broader "metropolitan football clubs" analysis.

Anyone know where I can get a list of addresses from the SFL and Adelaide hills leagues?

You sir are a gentleman and a scholar.

And I'm a little perturbed that I couldn't find them.

Only problem is they all do it just a little bit differently, and they have put the addresses down of the venues where you might need to play, not the clubs main location.

Grrrrr. Data quality!

Anyway, I'll go through them and try and make them accurate enough to geocode.

How did that work @LaughingKookaburra?
Where did each club play at that time?

They trained on alternate night and swapping those nights every year. There was one down the port as well before they formed Portland.

Semaphore Centrals & Exeter used to be 30cm apart. When they merged they tore down the wall...

Ok so CLG also used to play at St Mary's? Or Kenilworth used to play at Mortlock Park? Or what?

CLG played at mortlock..they merged with kenilworth at one stage and they used mortlock as the base..kenilworth then split and went to the clubrooms across the oval and they shared mortlock as separate entities..then kenilworth went to panther park after 4-5 years..

Oh ok thanks Zed, I had no idea, I thought Kenilworth must have gone straight from South parklands to Panther Park. This explains the CLG-Kenilworth rivalry, I thought it was just cos they are close and are often in the same division haha
