Yeah I saw that this morning, nice purchase Grant, the family of a school mate owned the pub back in the late 80's, the Saids.

I didn't see it until you pointed out.
I was aware of Bob's passing.
I had one of the best wine-tasting experiences ever at his winery. Just amazing.
We got there, as a group, and his first words were: "You've got 15 minutes until the footy starts, I'll give you that and then you can fu**in' do what you like".
He ended up ignoring the footy and sharing with us about 30 of his bottles. It was just an amazing session with a man who was passionate about his craft.
My mate introduced me to him and he's looked me up and down and said to my mate, "you're takin' the piss, aren't ya?" lol

Was a great little pub back when Rod had it, spent many an afternoon there when Rod was the runner of North Adelaide
