It looks like North Pines is added to the D7 list AND have recruited Byron Pickett! :shock:

They said on their facebook they were going to do this in 2016 towards the end of the regular season this year. I always thought I'd believe it when I saw it though.

You've gotta give them some credit with their sustainability.
Their club rooms would seat 25 people comfortably, they have many bigger. stronger clubs within a close proximity, they must do some pretty good fundraising to keep afloat and attract the calibre of players that pass through there.

Scope of Work Generally: The project comprises the following building works:
1) Demolition of existing club facility;
2) Construction of a new building to be located along the oval;
3) Function room with doors opening to the verandah;
4) Combined kiosk, commercial kitchen & bar area;
5) Referee & first aid rooms with separate facilities & access;
6) Verandah with kiosk servery;
7) Minor alterations to the existing car park; & 8) Provision of temporary facilities for the club's use during the building works.

Or any parklands based club. The lot of them have shit facilities and it seems the only way to get action is to buy 20 litres of petrol and a box of matches and burn it to the ground.....
