Think you'll find the League is pretty keen to get C1 and C2 matching up to D1 and D2 as closely as possible. Reasonable chance PNU, TTG, Unley, Old Igs, PAOC will find themselves in C1 and C2 with D Grades being allotted through C5/C6.

They were never de-registered, or banned - they were just rubbed out for 3 or 4 games (or whatever it was)
Meaning they were never kicked out. They didn't have to re-apply to be affiliated for 2017, they also never left division 5.
I'm surprised at the amount of people that can't get their head around that..
