He’s been great in the pre season Dutchy. The lads have bought in to what he is doing and demanding, looking forward to watching the game day experience he possesses. Lots of new recruits and a lot of kids they tell me is good with as well. So we will be better in the back 9 when he gets them to gel. Good start and we will be around the chocolates at the end.

2 Eastern Park, best team in this Div 2017 apart from Nth Haven altercations killed them
3 Gepps Cross, again added to their finals list and don’t concede many at home
4 Towns, have topped up nicely with youth and run, will be big improvers
5 Mitcham, always good at this level have a couple to come in they are quiet about
6 Smosh, lost some good players but they will be hard to beat on the Dunes
7 Pooraka, take them lightly at your own peril
8 CLG, have picked up well with 2nd year coach Brett Leonard gunna shake teams
9 Glenunga, will be very good but it’s a big step up, regardless of what is written
10 Salisbury, tough to beat at home but lack some quality

There could be 5 games from top to bottom and this is one tough division this year.

Just my view so shoot me down if you wish.

Glenunga have picked up some very good players whom you probably don’t recognise but they are D1R / Country A Grade experienced

If no one else is going to I will, reckon you are way off.

Mitcham to be much stronger than people are giving them credit for and Glenunga at 9 seems like taking them lightly at your peril.
But definitely agree that this will be an incredibly tough division, whoever gets relegated will be very stiff.

glenunga will not be 9th..will finish ahead of pooraka and smosh for starters and when it comes to recruiting players you have to stay alert all the way to june 30 with this club, definite smokey..epfc to drop off a bit with some outs..the rest is anyone's guess..

O'Keeffe is a massive in for Kilburn, but losing their two best midfielders (O'Loughlin and Robertson) will take some replacing. Will definitely make the five but I don't have them as far and away out on top as everyone else seems to.

Mitcham and Glenunga would be around the top end I would think, CLG to make the five as well.

This is standard Kilburn isnt it? Recruit heavily for division 4, go into div 3 and lose a few blokes then back to div 4 to do it all again.

I understand the contact being signed etc, but why would you want to Make a bloke who captained your club miss a year of footy.

LGIL i think your point gets thrown out the window when the said player has signed a contract to play at BL for season 2018

The 'no transfer fee' rule is clearly in place, but if you think clubs don't just duck into their pockets to pay the outstanding subs for a guy they're trying to get in, then heads are well and truly in the sand.

Although as the club trying to recoup money, you don't really care where it comes from as long as you're reimbursed.

James Clark-Rantasa clearance through to Gepps Cross, very handy pickup. This division just keeps getting tougher and tougher.
