I am looking forward to working with all the players who have committed for 2018 as these players are part of the solution. To the players who don't want to be part of the solution then realise you are the part of the problem. When you are part of the problem you don't get to set the agenda and have everything your way.

 =D> Good luck, another quality post and fine example of why you're a good choice.. bloody hell almost make me wanna run through a wall for you

Well said lovetotalkfooty, just another reason you will make it as a coach. I have no doubt the club will get behind you even if it takes time. Good luck.

Trained at least a dozen times last year. Keeps the legs ticking over with his 2 brothers training at Para Hills. Plays country footy for fair coin

I just thought it was coz norm was excited having not seen too many players of Valor's ability and was in awe. :P

Improve your game norm, there are better ways of whipping up a frenzy...

I've gone past and seen some average numbers at times, but depends what day/time.

A conversation with a Greenies official, and he said quote "This is probably the best (numbers) we have had for a pre season since Danny Ryan was coach."

They were apparently told from the league that they were required to have minimum 40 players registered by end of Feb or they'd be in danger of being placed in D7 - they've done that easy, which while 40 may not sound many, is a fair effort given they've practically fielded only 1 and a 1/2 sides for the past couple years.

they still hopeful of 3

Have 20 outs and around 10 ins at the moment, still a few clearances to be lodged coming in

Will depend if the great man can talk a few out of retiring, which will determine if the 3rd side gets up

Why, if a side is successful then the board and recruiting committee will bang on about how well they did getting players to said club, but if there is a mass exodus from a club then it is the players fault for creating that culture?
