There was a fair sense of urgency at the ground once the ambo's got there as our girls were very quickly ushered out of the rooms before their game, could tell it was going to be life-threatening but you never actually think the game we all love can literally kill someone.

Was very sad to hear this news last night.
Thoughts are with all her family, Angle Vale and Smithfield Football Clubs and her partner Josh.

Life is cruel sometimes.

Very tragic news indeed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family during this tragic time. May her memories never be forgotten and let those that are close to her celebrate her life with happiness (even though it may be difficult to do so). Life can be so cruel to so many. Especially those that do what they love with no thoughts that they may be critically hurt doing so. Let everyone that is playing this weekend pay some sort of respect to Margaret and her family.

That would be quite fitting actually, it would be nice if everyone that was playing this week wore black armbands
