ANZAC DAY FOOTY

Is there any on in the amateur league today?

If theres not and you want to get a little bit of a local footy fix head on up to the Barossa today where Angaston host traditional arch rivals Nuriootpa, Game satarts at 2 45.

This will be a fantastic match with 2 or 3 thousand in attendance we're told. We are sending a videographer to the game, to capture the day on video. The before game ceremonies, after game presentation, and the game will be captured, for everyone to watch. So for those who love their footy in the Barossa, Light and Gawler Football League, fans of Angaston and Nuriootpa Rovers, and football fans in general. nearly 3000 there today, when was the last time the ammos had that? actually when has the ammos ever had that and all full paying patrons as well and you wonder why the country clubs can afford the big biccies. But thats ok you mob keep whining about paying to get into a grand final once a year :D :D

Very happy for you Days. 3000 people rocking up on their wagons to watch a team full of cousins play football must be an exciting experience. I bet it is all anyone talked about that night at the barn dance.

Keep paying the big biccies for a comp that’s about as good as the APFL.

Could argue that a gate payment adds to the sense that it is a more premium product, whether that is reality or not.
