Awesome, I umpired him in juniors and was a great young lad, I was hoping he'd still be around the joint.

Great sporting family the Oborn's very talented, probably unfortunately see him a a Roosters guernsey with his brother,.sooner rather than later

And again i see i missed out on the scoreboard attendant of the year award

His coach at the time was a good bloke too, didn't mind giving some feedback after the game and done it a professional manner.

Not senior footy.. but congrats to our own Lightning McQueen, whose daughter's outstanding season saw her finish 3rd in the association medal count back in August, followed up with runner up best & fairest U16 girls on the weekend but also awarded Ingle Farm Most Courageous Junior Footballer - pretty good effort to pip the boys for that one!

Was Machok the young african bloke who played in the reserves Grand Final? Looked to be a goer.

Troy Menzel best and fairest for TTG, just ahead of Alex McKay. Troy also won the Jon Birkin medal which is based on each player casting 3-2-1 in each game.

What's he doing next year?

In a grade with many many good individual players was a class above.

Can't shake the feeling had the cards fell slightly differently he'd have 100 AFL games by now

Not sure about cards falling his way. If he worked harder and lived an afl life maybe. But he didn't so he quickly got pushed out the system. Heard he may be playing sanfl next year.

Spot on, definitely one of those with the talent to perform well at the top level but obviously lacked the intrinsic drive to commit 100% to it.

Have heard from multiple sources that he's strongly considering giving the SANFL another crack.
