Not what I've heard.. he's been ringing blokes saying he met Monday night and asking if he gets the gig will they join him..

IFFC: It gives the committee great pleasure to appoint Jed Pfeiffer as the coach for the 2019, 2020 seasons. Jed has a vibrant committed approach to football, with clear communication and a structure set to help the club achieve its goals.
Jed also brings Darren West to the club as the B grade coach.

We would like to wish both coaches all the very best in the coming years an may we all grow stronger, faster and smarter together

Well since SMOSH has announced him as there coach I'm guessing that is correct

Which from my understanding leaves one candidate left in the Ingle Farm race.. congrats to this person on winning by default

Doesn't matter how many applicants, think the most important point here is Pfeiffer is x100 better option than a 60yo ex-SANFL champion who hasn't coached in 6yrs and has no pulling power.

Farmers certainly went hard at Phillips, but him taking the SMOSH job may prove to be a blessing in disguise - at least now they have a young, energetic coach who may be able to bring some players and bring some more modern concepts and plans. The challenge will be if he's a player/coach how he will manage that.

The B grade coach - well if they retain the majority of players, he's probably just about got himself a squad primed ready for a premiership - you're welcome.
