Has he coached senior football before?

Definitely is an extremely intelligent man, will be a very composed well prepared and well though out out coach.

Obviously he has been watching them the last couple of years and believes they have more talent than the results they have gotten.

Not to sure to be honest.. I do believe he was an assistant to Harvey this year and may have been in charge while Harvey copped a 2 week suspension.

Great get for the units & agree he will be a very prepared man and will get the best out of them.

Good appointment. They still may see Harv in Div 7. Assuming the bottom two in Div 6 go down?

So with one down that makes Div 6 10 teams

(Mawsons and St P up and OSB down)

Div 7 7 teams ?

Or is there a plan to bring back the C grade sides ?

D7 format stays the same

D7 - 8 teams
D6 - 9 teams

everyone else 10

Only would've been stuffed up if Kilburn fell through

Houghton would be 1.01 favourites for next year if they don’t win the hole thing with recruits of Lee’s,Mcewan, brooks, burns,Muir there is something wrong it’s not just recruiting it’s smart recruiting. These blokes will strengthen them up all over the ground!

I’d be very surprised if they don’t with Mawson lakes & St. Paul’s going up & Brahma lodge, Lonsdale coming down
Doesn’t seem like much competition maybe the units will be there threat if they can keep injury free doubtful with there old blokes being extremely old  Hearing they may have inclusions of mark garner & Scott Webber tho time will tell.

You reckon Units are old? All Houghton's recruits have one foot in a retirement home.. anyone would think they were recruiting for a Masters side. ;)
