They obviously add nothing positive to the league, plenty of neighboring clubs for the players to go to, can't believe it is even a consideration for them to play in 2019.

When is the vote?

I'd be disappointed if my club (I'm not coaching any more) voted to keep them in.

Nothing will ever top me for pure bizzareness seeing sent off Salisbury West A Graders scaling the stands at Norwood Oval to try and fight Fitzroy Reserves players.

Weirdest thing about this whole Salisbury west situation is every club is willing to sign there players? Why when there supposedly thugs?

Is this the first time all clubs have voted to keep or kick out a club?

Have the previous culprits on AAA been voted in and put under a vote?

Can we do a vote to keep adelaide uni ? :D :D

10.5?

Surely no clubs are going to take the risk of hanging themselves out to dry?

I'll take what you're offering on the unders.

Best bet I've placed for weeks.

It might be a case of "all clubs present for the vote".

It's a good point you raise. The club can only do so much then the onus is on the players to set a standard and change the on field expectations of each other.

Salisbury West has been the breeding ground for many talented juniors, I'm sure the wider community is smart enough to work out who is and isn't the right fit for their club.

Counter point, Jason Creek had a horrific record at SWFC leading to his de-registration.

He then successfully played country football for a decade without incident.

4 weeks into resuming his career at SW he was again de-registered.

One person, but there would be something apparently in SW's culture whereby players who are appropriately in-line else where are out of line at SW.

I've said it before but look into the SW President's comments after the 2005 Grand Final. Not embarrassment, not contrition, but "we play hard, tough football not ballet". To speed it into modern times pulling your U18s from a Grand Final because you can't guarantee their behaviour.

The situation is more than the sum of its parts.

WTF was with SW strategy last night? Did they honestly think shifting blame and being defensive form word one was going to win the hearts & minds of the delegates? Unfathomable scenes.

Was it that bad? I wasn't there last night, but was at the meeting when Wingfield Royals made their plea and they actually got a reasonable number of votes. Jo maybe on the money, pointing to a culture and direction within the club leadership which needs an overhaul.
