The Igloo will be in full session come Saturday with some elite guests - Some of Southern Adelaides best exponents of talking dead set rubbish will be in attendance and in fine form from 12 midday!

I'll be there for the early game at least, I'll track you down for some absolute drivel mate.

Good work mate. You’ll enjoy some of the guests we have lined up.

It’s a group of us from different clubs that congregate late Saturday arvo’s during Summer when footy isn’t on for a weekly catch up to talk shit about all things irrelevant in society (Largely local footy). It’s called the Igloo because it started at a bay at the Tonsley Hotel where there was only one way in and one way out. It’s grown over time and attracts some elite guests and has ventured to some very questionable locations....

Im going with the Lockleys double..

Kenilworths losses this year in the minor round were at Pooraka (big ground) and Salisbury (awfully big ground).. Obviously they play there home deck well which is also big, but they’re comfortable playing there naturally. While they are a good running side, I have my doubts on some of their foot skills, especially under pressure, and my theory (which could be well off) is that the bigger grounds can force them to kick more, and exposes this area a bit. Coupled with the pressure of a GF, I think Lockleys will prevail 20-30 points on this basis. Good luck Zed

The B grade, Kenilworth seem to be flying, and caught Lockleys a bit on the hop in the semi, but im backing the cream to rise and Lockleys to get up 10-20 points.

Good luck to all involved

Having seen both teams this year, Kenilworth 3 times, I think it will come down to weather conditions. For me if it’s wet Lockleys by 6 goals, if it’s dry Lockleys by a goal.

Good luck to both teams but especially the great man Zed. You deserve a premiership mate.

The B’s Lockleys by 8 goals, too much class in that side.

I’d like zed to win one, he’s been close a few times and deserve to win one.

Unfortunately though I feel like Kenilworth look the goods. Biggest flaw for Lockleys over the years IMO is whilst they’re attacking, they don’t necessarily defend well. They pressure well through the mid but ultimately they like to play a free flowing, high scoring style of footy.

Not sure if it stacks up in the real big games.

A lot comes from the midfield though, Lockleys should have the advantage there in the ruck - didn’t think much of the Kenilworth ruck last week.

Kenilworth were good last week but probably hard to really get a gauge on how good because CLG appeared to struggle adapting to the size of the ground, and lacked goal scoring options forward. The Lions created F50 entries but couldn’t capitalise

Hopefully it’s a dry day, good conditions and a cracking day of footy.. may the best side win.

What a contest! Well done to Lockleys and Zed. No margin greater than 2 goals all day.

Congratulations to Lockleys, have to say they may have been a tad fortunate with an obvious free kick not paid right at end that resulted in the winning goal
