Cant see it happening, Portland would be one of the most financial clubs in the league, at a guess they would be $150k in the bank.

Seaton have plans pending for new clubrooms to be build on the existing premises.

I can't see Football Park being occupied by a community club once the Crows depart. My understanding is that once the Crows move out it will become open space for the local community with no plans for a sporting club to take up tenancy.

Very common knowledge that Portland aren't short of a $$

Its quite amazing, given how much money they have paid to Jarrod Wareing over the years..

I heard different over the weekend, apparently Seaton approached Portland. Not sure where it's at
