Houghton pumped Ingle Farm.
Trinity smacked Eastern Park.

Round 1 is upon us.. barely finished cricket season, feels so rushed haha!

Ingle Farm vs Trinity OS
Brahma vs Marion
Central United vs West Croydon
Fitzroy vs Para Hills
Rosewater: Bye

Well get to have a decent look at some sides, Trinity should be the benchmark, will be interesting to see how comfortably they account for Ingle Farm.

Brahma vs Marion also good match up - last years D7 premiers vs a side that should be contesting at the top end this year.

Units run into the Hawks first up in their return to D6, will find out if they're going to hold their own this year, and perhaps find out just how far WC have or have not fallen since last season.

Will be interesting first round.
Hearing Trinity will have a quiet a few out with injury and Covid issues and good players.
Covid can and will effect most teams during year.

I see Brahma Lodge has only named 16 players in both grades for round 1 tomorrow you would think after winning back to back flags they would have ample players to pick wonder if its covid related or there has been a mass walk out due to unrest down at the lodge

couldn't get out to kenilworth to see portland today so i thought i would go to watch trinity v rosewater, well what a waste of time, trinity were absolutely incredible and the set ups are div 3 quality and rosewater have lost a lot of respect today that they will need to earn it back because what i saw from rosies today is bottom 3 standard.
