i think it may of been 1986 that the glenelg/south league finnished. I just looked up 1n 1987 plympton won the southern league grand final and i think it was in first year in new competion. about 1984 Mitchell park left and went in safa, then i think brighton left the year after. Not 100% certain but will try and find out. Must admit not alot of info and records from that competion around

Phil- Ovingham are still going.
They field a side in Div 9 or thereabouts.
My family played for Cats during the 60's, as they grew up near Caine Reserve (I think that's the name of the ground)

As for Nunga, they pop under a new name every few years- Adelaide Tigers, Glandore Eagles, Kaurna Eagles (ones I know of).
Whether they are related to Nunga or not, I don't know.

What was the story behind the club something Greek? I remember they were a great team bout 10 years ago. What happened to them? are they known as something else now?
And what were the clubs that merged to make Portland?

Greek Camden???? became PHOS Camden

Was that as a result of Greek & Camden (Park?) merging?
