He looked cooked last night as a few of the English bowlers were. The Australian tail end ground them out well.locky801 wrote:Expecting Stokes tocome out this afternoon an angry man and take the Aussies on.
If he does and gets away with it could be in for some interesting cricket

Kudos to Neser for bouncing back in the last session. It’s symptomatic of the difference between the two teams.
Biggest difference between the two teams. One team has shown an ability to adjust the conditions (yes it is home) and situation of the game and perform.
The other team has shown a lack of ability to adjust to the conditions (lack of preparation?) and the situation and that is reflective in under performance.
One team can leave the egos at the door the other well their hubris will probably cost them a series that their talent says their more than capable of winning.

Presuming you’re talking about their batting…..is that really the case.
So far this test England have reduced their scoring rate, not one English batsmen going at over 100 strike rate. I would say they toned down their approach a fair bit this test
In fact it’s the Aussies who have gone far more aggressive and in fact had more success doing second so, second innings first test and then going at over 5 an over in the first innings here
Statistically the series the higher the strike rate the higher the success.
Englands bowling has been the biggest flop for far….
-Wood not fit
-Archers effort levels have been horrible
-spinners are junk
-Carse is a poor man’s Wagner

Englands bowling is the reason for the Australian scoring rate
Australia have shown in their batting an ability to respond to the situation and increase their scoring rate (be aggressive) and also ease back the gears and bat time to suit the situation of the game. The bowling has been the same (neser last innings) adjust to get the runs under control
One team has played the situation one team has stuck to a vision
