While he's probably the most talented batsman in the country Nic Maddison is the most inconsistent. But when he fires he's unstoppable. He is on fire tonight, hitting them well and geez it's good to watch. Currently 89 from 68 as NSW chases Victoria's 309

Redbacks team will be pretty strong in last game, must win match against Tassie.

Zampa, Head, Worrell and Mennie replace Raphael, Gregory, Benton and Cormack.

Interesting that only Raphael went on to play Second X1 game in ACT, and the other three came home.

This game is yet another example why Australia are shit when playing abroad. In Australia they play on concrete roads week after week then they play on a deck with a little bit in overseas and they're shit.

Just about ever pitch in Australia is the same now. The WACA use to bounce, Sydney spin, MCG had a bit for everyone, Adel oval turn day 4-5

Now theyre just all roads.

Surely you can still leave extra grass on a drop in though. They just choose not to

So the equation SA needs to make the prelim final of this tournament is QLD beating VIC today and SA beating TAS with a bonus point tomorrow? Winner of NSW vs WA tomorrow would finish 2nd and if we beat TAS with a bonus point we would finish 3rd?

QLD currently 0/62 off 8 overs chasing 278.

SA playing Tasmania today- Tasmania batting first are currently 3/195 off 37.3

NSW playing WA- WA batting first are currently 7/185 off 37.2

Okay I thought we only needed one bonus point to get into the elim final. Oh well at least we know what we need to do that and if that means getting those runs in 20 overs or something crazy like that lets go for it.

At least the Redbacks had a decent crack at the bonus point yesterday. If Head had managed to bat another 5-10 overs might've been a different result.

Oh well, onto the real stuff now!

Does Valente get a start straight up in the SS side? Outstanding LO series.
