To think only a few years ago people said it was a disgrace when Steve Smith was selected over Ferguson lol.

Time to F**K the Dukes ball off
All it's doing is giving bowlers inflated egos
Games are becoming low scoring grinds and killing batsmens careers.

Be interesting if someone could post the Average scores in Shield cricket with the Kookaburra compared to the Dukes ball.
A few weeks ago i heard Jason Gillespe say the Dukes ball is a far superior ball to the Kookaburra and should be used permanently if Kookaburra didnt lift its game. Not a surprising statement coming from a pace bowler

I dont mind it, tests out who the front runners are in our comp.

Look at Lehmann jnr while he is not hitting the big hundreds he is definitely proving to be our most quality bat.

Ed Cowan is proving there is still a spot for blokes with good techniques and patience.

Just said that basically in frustration as basically the change has seemed to work against the Redbacks.
The balance has seemed to have swung too far in favour of the bowlers.
Just need a ball somewhere in between

I think that balance will sort itself out when our batsmen realise the duke is different to the kook and requires a different temperament and patience.

If wouldn't want to chase more than 130
The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt
