I know COVID affected the program, but why they have so many games in QLD this time of year when always wet is a mystery. That is nearly four matches in a row up there with hardly a ball bowled. Should have just played in sunny Adelaide!!

Day 2 called off now also. We might make it till end of Day 4 now :D

WA won the most recent Shield match by 247 runs.
Whiteman made 104 in WA's second innings and Bancroft backed up his first innings hundred with 68 as the two openers put on 164 to set up their victory. Paris took 5/33 from 18 overs as Victoria were bowled out in their second innings for 206.

The next One Day cup match between NSW and Queensland is on Wednesday. Pat Cummins will captain NSW as Smith, Hazlewood and Sams come back into the NSW squad. Abbott is injured while Conway, Larkin and Hatcher have been omitted.

The match will be the last of the Australian First Class summer for IPL bound Smith, Warner, Cummins, Henriques, Hazlewood and Sams.

The proceeding Shield Match against the two states is April 3rd, for Queensland Mitch Swepson is expected to play coming back from his neck injury.

Any early whispers on who'll be delisted at season's end?

Sayers supposedly not going to offered another contract
Mennie...? Had a year away
Ferguson?
Was Cooper contracted this year?
There's whispers Richardson will leave every season
