Clearly trying to bat ‘traditional’ isn’t the way to go for England.

They will walk off the pitch saying they didn’t throw away as many wickets as Australia in their innings but it’s got them absolutely no where.

Based on first three tests clearly trying to bat doesn’t work for England

Hats off to Stokes - massive ticker when his mates were falling like flies. Archer batted nicely, too.

This game is not over whilst Stokes is at the crease. If he smacks some runs tomorrow and England go in 80 runs down, historically, they chase well in the 4th dig.
