AU likely to bat 45 minutes today and get a lead of about 310
That should be plenty on a deck thats playing tricks
My man Stuart Clark will be a handful on day 5 and the likely match winner if AU win
It would be great to see Cam White get his first wicket

4 days of rivetting cricket once again by these 2 teams
Once again the umpiring has been abyssMAL at times

Id better spiel my formula for success one more time

_____________________________________________________________________________
5 DAYS
450 OVERS
30 HOURS
And cant spend about 25 minutes reviewing decisions by the 3rd umpire
______________________________________________________________________________

Shane Watson absolutely plumb LBW late on day 4 to Khan NOT OUT !
Matthew Hayden robbed in both innings [and could be the catalyst towards being dropped from the team by seasons end]

Talking with BAYMAN /JACKPOT JIM we agreed on this
AU seem to win about 65% of the tosses and get to bat first in the last 15 years
AU seem to get about 65% of the 50/50 umpiring decisions in the last 15 years

When was the last time you saw 90 overs get bowled in the alloted time mal? Too many stoppages now and too much wasted time.

DECLARED
298 needed of 83 overs
I know its a 5th day pitch but dear oh dear oh me thats a very genourous declaration for a first test of a series.

I would have set 325 off about 75 overs
