One thing I have noticed from both teams this series is the discipline they've showed with the ball. With few exceptions neither have had bowlers giving a four ball an over. The first two pitches have assisted them no doubt but even today we generally bowled a tidy line and didn't give them too many cheap runs. Either way on this pitch in particular twelve months ago I reckon one team would've been over 300 today.

That comment says more about you than Starc.

Robert Craddock... the. Best. Analyist. Riveting 360 2night. Mentioned Adelaide is the best ground for test cricket in oz. Also cannot see a path for Warner to make it back.

Well what a boring day of cricket! Had it on from the start of play this morning before losing interest and then this arvo I was at a friends house and while we had the cricket for a bit I lost complete interest and didn't even want to know the score in th end. Christchurch this morning and now Centurion tonight have been much more entertaining to watch.

I just watched Travis Head's post day interview and an article about Mitch Marsh being booed by the MCG crowd? LOL, I didn't see it today.

Pretty sure the demerit system didn’t start until January this year.

Just read and heard the fallout from the Bancroft interview.

Crash Craddock says the ball was inspected and found not to have been altered.

I was always of the belief that the ball had been tampered with. Am I the only one?

Cricket Australia chief executive Kevin Roberts has confirmed it’s time to turf out the old wickets at the MCG and start again.

Fears of a repeat of last year’s horror draw, which earned the MCG pitch its first ever poor rating, have only increased on day two with India set to resume at 2-215.

Former Aussie Test captain Allan Border said it was only going to get better to bat after his morning inspection, and current Australian assistant coach Brad Haddin was even more damning.

“I’m depressed,” Haddin said about the pitch on SEN Test Cricket.

“It was a grind yesterday but as we saw in Perth, what we loved about that game was it was a contest between bat and ball.

“Yesterday there wasn’t much going on but we got to turn up today and find a way to get the rest of those wickets.

“We got four days to go to get a win out of this Test match and we got to find a way to get some wickets.”

The way this deck is looking, India should be 500 at stumps and just about batted the aussies out of a result.

Sharma Pant Jadeja should be entertaining

I can still see India capitulating and getting rolled for 350-380

Ed Cowan on ABC Grandstand "The mentality completely changed under Darren Lehmann. Defence was just something you hit the ball to"

I laughed way more than I should have. Got a few strange looks at work

Im not convinced this pitch is as shit as everyone is saying.
Australia bowling tight line and length and India valuing their wickets.
Lyon getting some turn and the quicks beating the bat.

I'll reserve my judgement till day 4 and 5.
