Im not a big fan but Neser has been impressive with every opportunity he has had this tour.

Could he be a surprise inclusion, he has out bowled Starc an SIddle.

Gee, we give the Poms grief about not having any Englishmen and you want to go in with 2 Saffers and a Pakistani ;)

I cant see Neser getting a game with Paine in the team who is becoming a huge problem, he is basically a tailender, to play an all-rounder they have to bat above Paine and I don't think Neser can do that, more of a bowling all-rounder.

But could slot in behind Carey 7, Neser 8,Pattinson 9,Cummins 10, Lyon 11.
That bottom 5 should be able add 100 between them.

I'd actually give weight to taking out 7,8 and 9 as we couldn't ******* wrap the tail up in the 3rd test...

Of course they did, I heard them mention it in the Triple M news and had a laugh to myself, I'm getting sick of the amount of comments about how Starc should be in the team. Every social media platform (except for on here lol) are either constantly promoting his reinclusion or have people constantly complaining about him not being in the team and how we should be using Starc to bowl at the English (in particular Joffra Archer) batsmen's heads!

Even Foxsports this morning were crapping on about a devastating performance from Starc .. When I opened the article I was expecting to read he’d taken 5 or 6fa. Not 3 pedestrian wickets (of which the article said only 1 was a relatively impressive delivery)

May have played his last test I would think. Must want to keep playing as he seems to be in a rush to get back which seems to keep him injured.

Long tour coming up of New Zealand and South Africa which would be a huge effort to be a part of.

Selectors and Paine will be happy they have got through the tour game without Carey batting, cant have any more pressure put on him

Mitchell STARc is a specialist at getting tailenders out
Mitchell STARc is one of the greatest limited over bowlers
He might well have won the last test match for Australia when Stokes was slogging and Leach being a tailender

He might well have bowled pies like he did at Adelaide last year when the game was in the balance as well.

I would personally prefer if Smith comes into the team before M. Marsh.

Just watched the Trevor Hohns presser and the way he was talking they're definitely considering him. F**king hope it doesn't happen, really don't want him in the team.

I think Marsh replacing Wade is very fair. Wades ratio of one good one amngst failures is no different to Marsh who can also bowl.
Two batting changes for me.

Different thread but Bumrahs 11 wkts for 23 runs across two innings is worth cross thread promotion!
