Typical South Aussie can't get anything right lol

Definite shocker.

FMD is there any danger of getting a 3rd umpire with some common sense???

Simon Fry has obviously gone to the Billy Bowden school of 3rd umpireship - looking and finding apparent things on the screen that aren't even there to justify your match payment...

We bat so well in the first innings and grab the first wicket in the first over. Then due to some shite fielding and average bowling (at times). We've given India a tiny sniff. We should've ripped through this 2nd tier Indian side with ease.

Yep,dropping too many chances and missing run outs.
Happened last test too.

Interesting

I thought it was definately out.

the only way the ball could get to first slip is if it hit the bat.

the replay clearly shows the ball hits the ground, then starts to elevate before the bat hits the ground.

That surely means the ball has hit the bat after it has bounced

India trying to kill the ball quickly by throwing everything into the ground on the way back to the keeper or bowler, and it just cost them a wicket by a terrible throw back to the keeper, which he should have taken still, but fumbled

Kohli will polarise people, he'll be loved by some and some will love to hate.

I'm in the middle right now. His performances with the bat this tour have been outstanding, he's a joy to watch in full flight, but he's got a decent amount of wanker about him too.

For Indian cricket, world cricket and future Aus V India series I hope his teams follow his lead and take it to the opposition. Mind you, 4* 100's in a series and only your first Test as captain in charge makes for pretty good fun. We'll see how his attitude fairs if and when he has a form slump.

If only they could produce a decent quick in the next 12-24 months.

Disagree - I think it was quite clear that the inner toe of the bat hit the ground after the ball hit the ground, and the ball hit the outer edge of the toe, which hot spot also confirmed.

but perhaps that is where the benefit of the doubt should lie

I agree with benefit of the doubt applying there.

This series holds the record for the most times in the series a bowler concedes 100 runs in the innings, 23 now

Watson gone 2/46, Aussies need to be a tad careful here, last thing they want is to be knocked over for 100/150

Can we get Chappelli to **** off?

"That's a terrible field. If I was the bowler I'd throw the ball to the captain and say "You want that field, you bowl to it".

No you wouldn't have Chappelli, and you know no bowler in his right mind would. Git.

Grumpy old bastard, move him on, please.
