Be interesting to see how much discussion in the papers on the Tendulkar stumping tomorrow. I'll lay very short odds that Malcolm Conn in the Australia (who can't stand Billy), will give him yet another clip behind his Kiwi ear.

80.6 Johnson to Dhoni, 2 runs, now Hayden drops a sitter! Dhoni drives hard at one that angles into him and gets an outside edge that flies at a very comfortable height to Hayden at first slip, he can't believe he's dropped it himself, it dipped on him at the last minute and he only got fingertips to it

Unbelievable!! Our fielding really has turned terrible recently, do they not even bother doing fielding drills at training anymore???

Anyone know if there are any restrictions on movie/stills cameras being taken into the ground?
My daughter is playing Kanga cricket during the lunch break tomorrow and obviously we'd like to get a few pictures and maybe some video to send to rellies o/s.

No restrictions on stills cameras when it's for personal use. Only restrictions for cameras are all to do with images for commercial resale. With a video, you likely to have it confiscated if seen, and then returned end of day, as all major sports prohibit video as part of their broadcast agreements.

AFL allows a set number of people each game to videotape Auskick matches, if you seek permission in advance. Cricket used to do so but I can't tell you definitively if they still allow that under latest Nine contract.

My advice would be take your camera, take as many shots as you can, and shoot short video on that if it's capable. If you a video camera only, that doesn't do stills, you would want to touch base with SACA staff as early as possible in the day, if you don't want to risk confiscation if you seen.

ok thanks for that Roger.
didn't even think about conflicts with broadcasting contracts and ch9(digital camers takes vidoe anyway, just not as good as dedicated video camera)

Indians well on target for 500 plus and the little master a double ton, see the Aussies were 4 overs short of their target today despite having a spinner (of sorts, sorry a slow bowler that doesnt turn alot) in the side, does this mean Ponting is now up for a 2 match suspension, if so, out goes his excuses from Perth, think the effects of no McGrath and Warne against a decent batting attack is now showing, apart from Lee not much there, Clark and Johnston will get wickets and bags against less quality opposition, but seems we lack real fire power against a very and probably equal best batting lineup in the world

89.4 Johnson to Dhoni, OUT, caught in the deep! It was a short ball outside off stump, Dhoni goes for the cut and doesn't try to keep it down, he's hit that very hard but Ponting has placed Symonds at deep point and the ball flies straight to him, Australia have broken through within the first half hour
MS Dhoni c Symonds b Johnson 16 (64b 1x4 0x6) SR: 25.00

6 for 337

Can anyone explain why Clark has only bowled 16 overs whilst Johnson is in his 28th?

More chance of getting runs of Clark cause he bowls near the stumps I suppose, your point is oh so very valid RR :D

is it just me or does Ricky Ponting over bowl Mitchell Johnson?
especially last game and he hardly bowled Shaun Tait, even though Tait bowled terribly. In Mitchell Johnson's first game, when he bowled poorly, Ricky Ponting persisted with Johnson but he never gave Tait ago when Tait struggled. I personally think Ponting dislikes Tait or something

Yes, Ponting overbowls Johnson and not only just overbowls him but massively overbowls him.
