ponting quoted as saying he would have played in melbourne if it was a 50 over game but thought being 20/20 he would save himself for brisbane sunday word is also that haydos still not totally over back related probs that have hounded him for a while ...just trying to give u boys a heads up if u had haydos in your side as i did and made the trade this morning 8) 8)

Good call regarding Haydos Trunky. The leader of our comp is eleven years old (my son's best mate) and my son is running second. We getting our a55es handed to us by a bunch of kids so far.

I won't live it down if this is allowed to continue! I lost the bloody third test to them as well and am now two down in the series! :oops:

I am sitting in 5th REB but with some very handy Sri Lankan players still to come so hopefully they can give me a lift a little higher before some trading after game 3.

cheers reb dont be to worried about the young fellas mate the cream will rise :D very happy with the result that i got after game 1 considering pontings duck and a few other aussies not getting much of a bat ..anyone who dosnt have brett lee in there side needs to have there head REBed :D :D :D sachin due for a big one tomorrow with the indians more acclimatised to aussie conditions atm good luck tomorrow boys :evil:
ps who needs a coaches box when we have sa footy 8) 8)

I took Sehwag as one of my all rounders. I was a bit worried when he failed against Australia but he's taken a catch since then and has knocked up a thirty odd with the strike rate bonus. This might not seem much but it's more than Pathan, Roy and Jayasuriya have done to date, although there is the Aus v SL match to come.

How many people will be jumping on Gambir LOL.
