15 off that over a good one for SA

5/282 with 4 overs left. 40 runs from them would be great.

One of the most amazing 6s I have ever seen, I can not believe that shot from Manou went over the fence.

How was that last shot.

Incredible stuff. We better go on and win this or this incredible batting won't mean much.. at least the bowlers have something to defend though!

SA's highest ever score in a one-day game, great to see!

As good as their batting line up is surely our guys can defend this and do so with ease. The vics will have to go hard early to be a chance to get this total which should mean we get some early wickets.

Tait to dismiss McDonald and Hodge inside the first 5 overs :D :D .

Highest score in a one dayer at the MCG as well, not sure whether that is just domestically or internationals are included as well as the next two on the list were Tassie and the Vics.

end of 50

SA 7/339

What a great performance as said highest 1 day score ever for SA

I really hope they dont lose this after that effort, our batsman have dominated the Vic attack now really in 3 innings in a week, I know they have a classy lineup, but surely Tait is due, well and truly due to knock a few over

11 sixes in that innings as well. That would be close to a record for the south aussies as well i would have thought.

SA 7/339 [50]
Record score for a Franger Cup game, at least for about 4 hours ...
339 of 50 overs on a absolute road [makes 380 off about 110 overs a gimme in a SS game]
KLINGER 25[32]
HARRIS 26[45]
COOPER 71[86] a majestic innings the reincarnation Of Callum Ferguson
CHRISITAN 2 [5]
COSGROVE 104[81] 5 zacs only lasted his usual 80 odd balls ...
SLAMCAM 72[39] 6 zacs and might lose his 20/20 spot to POLLARD and AFRIDI !
MANOU 13[10]
OBRIEN 1* [2] a painstaking innings !
WEEKS 7*[2]

Beware unless TAIT gets early wickets the Vics
The powerhouse Vics batters are prob the only batting team in the world that can chase this target

At last SA is almost getting it right
KLINGER is in the team
The TOP 5 batting order is at last sorted out
But almost
We still have GEORGE spectating in o/d games
If he was playing SA would almost be a certainty to win this game
Without the best bowler in the state the Vics might still get this total
