I don't think there are any other openers apart from Jason Borgas who are making consistent runs at grade level.

Cranmer? The same one who averaged 13 last season and about 27 this season so far?

Moffat would be worth a look though, I agree.

Correction it is Jason.

Thanks heater, wasn't 100% sure of his first name.

SA 223
COOPER 63 like Ferguson used to be, looks the goods, only 4 big innings away from stardom
KLINGER 29 hopefully the selectors drop him, get him mad again, and make runs !
SWAN 6/69,at the gabba he can be lethal
HOPES 0/17[16] expensive..

QL 4/128
BROAD 65* [102]
QL should lead on the first innings at least

and we are back in it unless the tail wags (as normal against SA)

FOW: 7/133 Chris Swan 5 runs 8 balls 14 minutes (c: Manou b: Christian ) Partnership 2 runs 3 balls 2 minutes: Incoming Batsman: Walter
Over 39.2: Christian to Swan, no run, OUT, slashing cut shot outside off as Swan has edged a simple catch to the keeper who does not drop those.

We can now see why QL make more SS finals than SA in recent times
The Gabba is a result pitch
If they win 50% plus on thier home deck they are as Bon Jovi sang half way there
As for the SA curators Gabby Climi sang Lessons to be learnt....

5 wickets for another Vic recruit, maybe we should just ask them to send over their 2nd XI and play under our banner

One question whufc, how does one come to support an AFL team that has not yet played a game, I presume you have a personal connection with a player heading there or something. i can't say I've met too many GCS supporters yet
