The could have done without Smith and Kallis throwing their wickets away in the first 5 overs. Was all downhill from there.

Great to see Tait dominate in a high pressure game. Bowled very accurately, and should have had Gibbs gone caught behind, but wasn't given.

Fair dinkum, the first 4 dismissals were absolutely disgraceful.

Had it been 6/27 they wouldn't have passed 75. Very fortunate to get 149.

Sri Lanka should provide some competition. Resting Vaas and Murali looks a good thing now.

Will the final be Gilly's last time opening the innings for the one day side? You wouldn't change a winning line up now, but maybe next season is time to look at giving him a break to extend his career.

Don't mean to put the mockers on him - he is a legend but a caller on 5AA tonight got me thinking.
