Hilfenhaus & Denton put on 66 for the 10th wicket in the 1st dig. :-#

Tas 6/109

Starting to look very difficult for SA. Why Tait isn't bowling i'll never know.

Tait back on finally.

Tas 6/121

60 runs away for Tassie or 4 quick yorkers from Tait for SA.

Once again we are seeing the opposition batsman put pride on their wicket for their State, dont see alot of that from alot of our guys, this match is slipping away fast. when you look at it, we should have taken maximum points, seems as though alot may have lost the know how of winning

This is shattering if we don't get there, but the story is the same as it has been over the last couple of years. Not enough runs. I've still got faith though. One soon will put them right under the pump.

That's Stumps

Tas 6/140

Can SA get the 4 quick wickets required or will Tassie get home with ease?

I hope that they rip through them early FFS had them on the ropes.

in slightly better news the 2nd XI only need another 3 wickets for outright

QAS 7/133 still 434 behind

Cullen 4/23 off 8 (giving DC match figures of 10/91 so far)
and Putland, Haberfield & Brown 1 each

Bailey wicketless to this point in the match (in his defence only bowled 6 overs)

What does that have to do with bowling changes? He should be taking tactical advice from others around him, that is entirely separate from leadership.

Peter George has been bit of a find this game. Someone who is really looking to take there opptunity. Also I might add that while being 3 games in it sort of looks like Klinger has been the best recurit that the redbacks have had well since I can remember.

even if we win there will still be changes for the next match, cullen, Smith and Cosgrove deserve starts in the Sheffield shield games.
Its good to see DC getting wickets could end up with 12 in the second 11 match.
