Piers had some fair body armour on aswell. Looked to have a pillow or some rather large padding under his shirt. Good on him for having a go

What has Boof done to get these guys dominating ?
MJ Handlebars Johnston and Mr Haddin in particular
I'm amazed at those 2 players consistency in this series
They have been hit or miss for sometime b4 this series

Inevitably those 4 players will slip up in the future
But for now, I'm going to enjoy watching them
Coz when they are firing they are great to watch

Just watched the highlights of the entire test, find it quite amusing that when England were losing wickets one WJM Lawrie was in the box commentating.

He certainly adds to the moment

I just can't wait to see if Johnson can have the Saffies running scared as well.

Will we see another unchanged lineup for Sydney.

Unless there is injuries I think Lehmann will go with the same eleven.

Personally I would like to see a young lad come in for Bailey at six but that won't happen

Don't think Harris will play last test.

Would love to see Nathan Coulter Nile get a gig if Harris doesn't play

To think had Pattinson been fit that Johnson wouldn't have played that first test. Things could have been so different

A big well done to Nathan Lyon. 100 wickets and some beautiful bowling yesterday as England self destructed. Chris Rogers was superb today as well. We won but still not keen on us bowling first when we won the toss.

Why not?
I think the decision was that the pitch was going to speed up as the test went on. Looked a lot easier to bat on day 4 then it did on day 1-2. Day 3 was still pretty easy, just not for the poms. Drop in pitches with a greenish tinge probably mean 2 paced decks early, and as the test goes on the bounce doesn't vary, and doesn't really deteriorate.

Not having a crack but speaking of pretty easy, it's easy to say so after the fact. I thought at the time Clarkey wouldn't have minded losing the toss. He wasn't sure he did the right thing or not. I don't think the conditions played much of a part really, England are really that bad. I'm old school and I reckon you bat first, have a think about it, then bat first again.

Your right,I think he wanted to lose the toss, but the pitch was tacky, and I say he would have bowled if it wasnt overcast conditions. With that, we bowled pretty poor the first session. With England having barely scored over 300 in the last handful of tests, bowling first would be more tempting then usual.

He will be batting first in Sydney, that much is sure.

I'm always in favor of batting first when winning the toss unless the pitch is a green top. I didn't like it when Clarke sent the Poms in but in the end it was very good test and then seeing us win after England were in a strong position was fantastic. We're finding ways to win again which we've lacked for a while and we're winning the big moments, I love it.

Our bowling attack has been outstanding, all four bowlers have complimented each other so well throughout this series. I love the variety in our attack.

I'm so relieved and happy we're 4-0 up, England though wow, they have been really poor, they have cracked under the immense pressure we're consistently put on them.
