Bice oval looks more sophisticated and developed…
Typical NZ ground in a very nice part of the country, Mount Maunganui/the city Tauranga where my Aunt lives is beautiful spot, probably has the best beaches in NZ and gets the best/warmest weather as shown the last couple days of during the test match.

Incredible effort from Bangladesh blanting NZ's attack to now be in the lead.

Wagner- 38 overs (22 on day 3), 9 Maidens, 3/93, absolute workhorse but a caught behind wicket review review did have him bowling a wicket off a no-ball! He wasn't happy about it either!

South Africa v India, Second test in Johannesburg.
Kohli is out of this test with a back spasm, KL Rahul steps in as skipper. He won the toss and India are 3/53 at lunch.

Vihari comes in for Kohli, interesting that they didn't go with Shreyas Iyer.

For SA Olivier comes in for Mulder and Verreynne replaces de Kock. He's played 2 test matches, last year against the West Indies playing as a batsmen and now he get his chance as a Keeper. Got a very good first class record.

Geez it's tough for batsmen on these pitches in South Africa. Even tougher for Van der Dussen, given OUT caught behind to a ball he neither hit or was even caught by Pant  Ball dropped short. He reviewed it and he survived. BUT then shortly later he snicked one onto his thigh that then carried towards Pant who dove forward and CLAIMED the catch. Van der Dussen knowing he hit it and Pant having claimed the catch did the sporting thing and walked off. Then TV replays showed the ball AGAIN had CLEARLY NOT CARRIED to Pant  No review by the umpires, NO nothing and once off the ground can't be recalled.
So the TURD umpire can review EVERY ball for a NO Ball but cant review a dodgy looking catch  Are the ICC ever gonna get the use of technology right???

Was it that conclusive the ball bounced before Pant took it? I don't think so. I thought it was reviewed during the lunch break and if there was compelling evidence the ball hadn't carried the Indian had the option of withdrawing their appeal, but it wasn't compelling and the decision stood.
