Steven Smith was the guy who missed out, but was injured anyway so it didn't matter in the end.

I can see everyone getting upset about it, but when the 'Backs got Tanvir, we weren't all saying "Its crap he's taking somebody's spot". If every team is allowed an import, and NSW decide not to use it 'til the final, more power to them. Shows they played well enough to beat other teams during the normal comp without one.
